Baby Shiatsu Massage Classes
A parental healing touch
A parental healing touch
What could be more natural than touching your baby? Baby is part of your body, came through and from your body. Holding, touching, and cuddling is the most natural of parents instincts. Through touch we calm and are calmed, we soothe and are soothed, we connect, we affirm our oneness.
Through the ages mothers and fathers have reached out to rub the hurt of their little one, to make it all better, to make it go away. Babies and small children are amazing; their bodies do not yet house the areas of tightness, the muscular tensions that the body takes on when we get older. When we treat the ailment through touch their bodies respond quickly and their bodies retain the treatment. A little bit off work goes a long way with a little one.
