Keep your knees bent if you have slight problems with your back, avoid bending forward at all if you have severe back problems or very low blood pressure!!!
Stand with feet hip-width apart, link your thumbs behind your back and breathe in. Keep your knees slightly bend unless you are used to similar exercises such as forward stretching yoga postures. As you breathe out, lean forward from your hips, dropping your head dawn and lift the arms towards the sky as far as posible.Breathe in and out three times trying to relax dawn on each exhalation.
